H555 single-component and multi-functional superior expansion PU foam sealant is ready to use since it is equipped with a plastic adaptor head for use with a foam application gun or a straw. This product expands and cures on the exposure to the atmosphereic moisture. It is charaterized by outstanding mounting capacities, prominant soundproof and heat insulation performance. In addition, our PU foam sealant comes with higher expansion as compared to the normal PU foam. Thus, it is extensively used for bonding, mounting, insulating, filling and sealing applications in building industry. It can be used for installing, fixing, and insulating of door and window frames, insulating the electrical outlets and water pipes, and so on. As well, our superior expansion PU foam sealant can be applied for packaging.

Features
1. Except PP, PE and Teflon, superior expansion PU foam sealant shows perfect adhesion to many surfaces like UPVC, masonry, brick, block work, glass, steel, aluminum, timber, and so on.
2. Apart from excellent thermal and acoustical insulation, it also features high bonding strength with B2 fire class in DIN4102 part 2.
3. Commonly, this product can be applied to the temperature of +5℃ to +35℃, and its optimal application temperature ranges from +18℃ to +25℃.
4. With CFC-free propellants, no damage will be produced toward the ozone layer.

Applicaiton Methods
1. Shake the aerosol can for at least 40 seconds.
2. Before application, clean and moisten surfaces with a water sprayer.
3. Fit the gun or straw on the adaptor. Firmly screw the can on the adapter and turn the flow adjustment screw.
4. Since the foam will expand, fill the holes and cavities approximately 50%. Bottom up during application.
5. Foam will be tack-free in about 10 minutes and excess can be trimmed in about 20 minutes.
